Wow! I can’t believe that it’s almost 6 months since we closed the shop and went out on the road as a mobile pottery! We have been inundated with requests to bring pottery to different groups and community venues. We are truly humbled by your response.
We have been very busy bees since September and have travelled far and wide delivering our pottery painting and clay modelling workshops. We have made Coos, lots and lots of coos, robins, angels, mugs, horses, dinosaurs, flowered table centres, and treasure pots. Pottery painters have painted all sorts of beautiful things from mugs to lighthouses, fairies, Llamas, and Unicorns to name but a few!
Local to Buckie, we have been lucky enough to be offered space at The Scottish Dolphin Centre where we will be running pottery painting sessions and clay modelling workshops. Our first Pottery Painting session will be on Saturday 28th March and we will be there between 11am and 3pm. Its possible to book online or you can just pop in on the day. We will be in the classroom area in the courtyard to the left of the carpark. The Dolphin Centre has kindly offered 20% discount in their café for families attending this session so leave the kids with us and go and grab a coffee!
For this Summer we have added two new workshops, Planters and Fairy Houses. We are making Fairy Houses at Hellygog Shop at Logie Steading and at Fyvie Castle. We will be making planters at Hellygog Shop and at Inverness Botanic Gardens. Check our booking page for dates.
We have lots of workshops coming up in the next couple of months, and more added all the time. Just check our Facebook Page or here on the website for details.
If you are an arts and crafts group, a care home, school or community organisation, we can come out to your venue for a clay modelling workshop or a pottery painting session. Get in touch to discuss your requirements. We are getting quite busy already so book your workshop soon to avoid disappointment. We run our workshops on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
